Born in Hong Kong and raised in beautiful British Columbia, Dr. Li. obtained his Bachelor of Human Kinetics from the University of British Columbia. He went on pursuing his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at New York Chiropractic College. While practicing as a chiropractic physician in New Jersey, he continued to follow his passion of learning and completed post-graduate degree program in functional rehabilitation. He is only the one of three Diplomate of American Chiropractic Rehabilitation Board in the state of Washington, with the other one being the current Seahawks chiropractor and his mentor, Dr Jim Kurtz.
A Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Dr. Li is also one of the few certified KinesioTaping Practitioners and certified Graston technique providers in the state of Washington. Having worked in a multidisciplinary practice in New Jersey has enabled Dr. Li to work collaboratively with other health care professionals including physical therapists, neurologists, orthopedic surgeons, and primary care physicians to provide patients the most thorough and comprehensive treatment possible.
An avid athlete himself, Dr. Li enjoys spending time on both indoor and outdoor sports. He maintains his workout regimen and keeps exploring the crafts of other sports to remain active, as he believes in what he preaches — leading an active lifestyle is integral to a healthy life. When he is not challenging himself on the athletic side, Dr. Li likes to journey his way around the kitchen to prepare a good meal after a hard workout and spend time with his wife.

Anneka moved to the Seattle area in February of 2018 from Austin, Texas. In her search for cooler weather and change of pace, Anneka was drawn to the Pacific Northwest. In her free time, she loves hiking and exploring farmers markets and festivals with her partner and her cat. In the future, Anneka plans to pursue a degree in the environmental science field and to travel the world. Though she is loving the PNW, Anneka misses barbeque.
