Clinical Neurodynamics is both a diagnostic and therapeutic system and can effectively determine and treat neck pain.
Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS)
DNS will help Dr. Li identify motor pattern faults and correct them through specific exercises, this treatment has proved effective for Olympic athletes, as well as weekend warriors and everyone in between. DNS is not used by many chiropractors or rehabilitation facilities, however, Dr. Li specializes in this highly effective treatment program.
McKenzie Institute Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT)
The McKenzie approach focuses on making an accurate diagnosis of the patient’s complaints and focuses greatly on patient independence in the management of their symptoms. Usually used in physical therapy clinics, Dr. Li is certified and an expert in this targeted technique to fight against neck pain and its cause.
Functional Movement Screen (FMS)
