Hope you are all having a great summer! In this video, we are going to use one of my favorite exercise, the bear hold, to put the shoulder mobility work with the core activation.
I love this exercise because it “hits multiple birds with one stone” and you all know I am all about efficiency when it comes to prescribing exercise for you.
Stay tall through the spine, and always make sure you are BREATHING as you do this exercise.
I found a lot of folks holding their breath the whole time during this exercise. Don’t be that person
