Shoulder Reach Up: Part 4 – Putting A “Twist” To It

Wow!  Four weeks went by fast eh?


This is the last installment of the mini shoulder series.  We went over mid back mobility, core activation, and putting the two together.


Today, I am going to show you how to kick it up a notch by combining all three concepts into another dimension (literally). I am referring to us moving in different plane of motion. In this case, we called it the transverse plane.

We have been working on the sagittal plane for the last three videos

Make sure you pose like you are getting ready for a photo shoot for GQ or Vanity Fair (or your spouse 😉).   That will ensure a tall posture during this exercise.
