Wow! Four weeks went by fast eh?
This is the last installment of the mini shoulder series. We went over mid back mobility, core activation, and putting the two together.
Today, I am going to show you how to kick it up a notch by combining all three concepts into another dimension (literally). I am referring to us moving in different plane of motion. In this case, we called it the transverse plane.
Make sure you pose like you are getting ready for a photo shoot for GQ or Vanity Fair (or your spouse ). That will ensure a tall posture during this exercise.
