One of the BIGGEST complaints we’ve heard from our patients while traveling is:
So, I’m going to show you this simple strategy to avoid that problem.
When you get to the conveyor belt instead of using two legs, I always want to do a little lunge.
Get low, try to load the hip a little bit. When you pull, pull underhand so you can use a little more bicep.
As you pull and use your legs together, pull back and just put the luggage on your side --that way you use your hips more while protecting your low back.
So, try this out if your low back hurts, especially after those long flights. In the next video we will show you how to actually pick up larger pieces of luggage.
